As a sales subsidiary of the cooperative group Cristal Union and Lesaffre Frères, Cristalco showcases and market their products. Over the years, Cristalco has developed new supply chains to satisfy its clients’ needs while diversifying at the same time, as with the incorporation of the France Alcools business activities, those of Eridania in Italy, and the acquisition of a stake in Stevia Natura. Cristalco has forged its position as a European leader in the sugar, alcohol and bioethanol markets through an extensive history of partnerships in France and across the globe.
Our sales history
With more than 50 years of sales activity since the founding of Sucre Union (which became Cristalco in 2009), today’s company is an international force that enjoys several business organisations, principally in Europe.
Our industrial history
Our industrial history begins in 2000 with the creation of the Cristal Union sugar beet cooperative. Over the years, Cristalco has grown by choosing key buyouts and partnerships in alcohol, sugar and Stevia.
